After several years leading PC Construction’s business development efforts in the water and wastewater industry, I’m stepping into a new role — and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.
Moving forward, I will continue to serve the industry as Market Executive for Water in New England, focusing on strengthening our teams and delivering successful projects across the region as we navigate growing water and wastewater challenges. We’re talking about real, complex issues: increasing biosolids challenges, emerging contaminants like PFAS, and aging infrastructure. This is vital work in a region where PC Construction is already deeply rooted, and it’s incredibly personal to me. This is my home, and I’m proud to protect its future.
This new role allows me to bring my experience in collaborative delivery, technical project development, and client engagement to a region that is both professionally and personally important to me. I look forward to engaging with partners to deliver high-performing facilities and innovative solutions that meet the long-term needs of our communities.
I’m also excited to share that Will Schafer has joined PC Construction as Senior Director of Business Development dedicated to the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas regions, and I genuinely couldn’t think of a better person for this role. Will has spent years building trusted relationships, understanding client priorities, and positioning teams for success in both collaborative and traditional delivery environments. His leadership, energy, and commitment to our partners will ensure continued growth and consistency.
I’m grateful for the relationships built during my time in business development and look forward to continuing those connections in new ways while supporting our growth in New England.
And to Will: welcome to the PC team!
