In an industry and a game traditionally dominated by men, PC Construction is proving that the tides are turning. At a recent golf tournament hosted by AGC Vermont, PC proudly fielded an all-women team to represent the company and demonstrate that women belong in every aspect of the construction world—on the jobsite, in the office, and on the golf course.
The team’s presence – as the first all-female team in the event’s history – served as a powerful reminder that diversity brings strength, and that the future of construction is bright, inclusive, and full of opportunities for everyone.
