Last Thursday, PC Construction received a Governor’s Excellence in Worksite Wellness Award from Governor Phil Scott at Vermont’s annual Worksite Wellness conference. The award is in recognition of employers who meet a standard of excellence for worksite wellness programs and promoting a healthy work environment.
The sold-out conference brings together Vermont employers and wellness professionals to network and share ideas that maximize an employee’s ability to make healthy choices. I was honored to be able to participate in this inspiring day by sharing PC’s successes and learning about the great things other Vermont companies are doing to promote worksite wellness. Together, we recognize that wellness on the job is a vital component in people’s overall health and well-being. The more we can do to help, the easier a healthy lifestyle becomes.
