I am excited to formally welcome Trey Wilson to PC Construction as senior director of business development for Florida and Georgia. Trey joins our team with extensive experience in the water and wastewater industry and a career built around developing relationships, understanding clients and markets, and helping teams position themselves to win complex work.
What makes Trey’s background especially valuable is the way he approaches business development as a long-term process, not simply a pursuit. His experience is rooted in understanding markets, building trusted relationships with owners and industry partners, identifying opportunities well before they become formal procurements, and helping teams understand what matters most to a client. He brings a strategic approach to connecting people, projects, and opportunities, while helping position teams around the right solutions and the right story. When an opportunity does move into pursuit, that foundation carries forward into strategy, differentiation, and a compelling case for the right-fit team. Just as importantly, Trey continues the relationship long after a project is won or lost, creating trust and opportunities that extend well beyond any single pursuit.
That experience fits particularly well with where PC is headed. Florida and Georgia continue to see tremendous investment in water and wastewater infrastructure as utilities address growth, aging systems, resiliency, and increasingly complex environmental challenges. PC has built a strong reputation in this market through decades of successful project delivery and trusted relationships with owners and engineering partners. Trey will work alongside our operations, preconstruction, and business development teams to build on that foundation.
Trey has built his career and his family in Florida, and many of the owners, engineers, and industry partners he will be working with are relationships developed over years in this market. Combining that network and pursuit experience with the depth of PC’s people, resources, and project delivery capabilities creates an exciting opportunity for our continued growth throughout Florida and Georgia.
