This Friday, UVM civil engineering alum and PC Project Manager Kaitlyn Evarts will join a panel of construction industry experts as part of The University of Vermont’s first Women and Non-Binary in STEM Conference. In the workshop titled “Sexism in the Industry”, Kaitlyn and her peers from Superior Technical Ceramics and Marvell will facilitate a roundtable discussion focused on providing strategies for addressing sexism in the workplace.
This event, which is open to UVM students, is one of the many opportunities our construction teams participate in to educate and inform about the industry, STEM careers, and the active construction taking place on campus.
