South Burlington, VT – This week, PC Construction made a $5,000 donation to a foundation dedicated to supporting Vermont families impacted by the accidental worksite death of a loved one.

Eve Norris, Vice President of PC Construction, presented the check to The Classic Mike Loyer Foundation, an organization founded in 2011 after the tragic death of Mike Loyer in a construction site accident.

“At PC, we put the highest emphasis on safety to ensure we send our employee-owners home every day,” said Norris. “Despite the best of efforts, tragic accidents still happen in our industry. The Classic Mike Loyer Foundation allows us to support families during a time of unthinkable loss.”

Since its inception eight years ago, the Classic Mike Loyer Foundation has provided financial support to impacted Vermont families in the construction community as well as countless other individuals with needs ranging from medical conditions and addiction to basic needs and financial hardship.
