We are proud to share that PC Construction has been named the 2026 Contractor of the Year by ENR Mid-Atlantic, one of the most prestigious recognitions in the construction industry.
ENR is one of the construction industry’s most respected publications, and their Contractor of the Year designation recognizes firms that demonstrate outstanding project performance, innovation, community investment, and leadership across the region. Being selected for this recognition is a genuine honor and a reflection of the talented, dedicated people who make up the PC Construction team.
This recognition carries special meaning for us. In 2022, we earned the same distinction from ENR Southeast. Now, four years later, we’ve done it again in the Mid-Atlantic. Two regions, one standard of excellence.
Several landmark projects helped earn this recognition, including the $269 million WSSC Water Piscataway WRRF Bioenergy Project in Accokeek, Maryland, the $142 million Motts Run WTP Expansion and Rehabilitation Phase 2 and Raw Water Pump Station in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and the approximately $256 million Arlington Re-Gen Biosolids Upgrade in Arlington County, Virginia. These projects represent not just technical achievement, but the deep partnerships we’ve built with clients who trust us to deliver on what matters most.
Building successfully is about more than delivering projects on time and on budget. It’s about showing up as a partner, investing in the communities where we work, and setting a standard of excellence. It is also about our project partners – the incredible relationships built on trust, performance, and a shared commitment to delivering impactful projects.
We are so honored. Thank you, ENR, for this recognition.
