South Burlington, VT – PC Construction announced that it has been selected by Spruce Peak Realty to complete the next phase of development at Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont.
This latest round of work, which includes construction of a new luxury condominium building and a parking garage, builds on the success of prior PC-built projects at the resort, including the One Spruce Peak residential building, the Spruce Peak Village Center, and the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center, among others.

The new project, designed by Bull Stockwell Allen, will include the four-story Treehouse at Spruce Peak and a parking garage. The Treehouse at Spruce Peak building will feature 48 residential units ranging from two bedrooms to tiered loft-style accommodations. The accompanying parking facility will accommodate 248 vehicles.
Leaders at PC Construction recently joined members of Spruce Peak Realty and Bull Stockwell Allen at a ceremonial groundbreaking for the project. Construction is now underway, with completion scheduled for Spring 2024.
