South Burlington, VT – PC Construction recently promoted four of its employee-owners to new leadership positions.
Eve Norris and Dan Nawrocki have been promoted to senior vice presidents over their respective business units. Ian MacDougall and Waymon Pardue have both been promoted to vice presidents, which will further align the company’s water and wastewater executive leadership and enhance its operational support.
As senior vice president, Eve Norris serves as the corporate business unit leader for PC’s Buildings teams and offices. During her 35-year career with PC, she has successfully completed more than $1 billion in projects throughout the region. Additionally, Eve leads PC’s company-wide project support initiatives, serves as the executive leader for the Estimating Department, and is engaged in all pursuit strategies.
As senior vice president, Dan Nawrocki serves as the corporate business unit leader for PC’s Water and Wastewater teams and offices. Dan has managed major water infrastructure projects for almost four decades, and most recently provided executive oversight for the highly successful and award-winning $321 million Atlanta Water Supply Program. He has a depth of market knowledge and industry expertise that allows him to provide key leadership and technical guidance for PC’s project teams.
Ian MacDougall has assumed leadership of the Mid-Atlantic and Metro DC region, while also leading PC’s procurement and water preconstruction efforts. A 26-year construction industry veteran, Ian has managed and directed more than $1 billion of water infrastructure projects, specializing in the preconstruction phase. His expertise in budgeting, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement strategies and contract negotiations provides tremendous value for owners and projects before the construction phase begins.
Waymon Pardue now leads PC’s growth in the Southeast region. Waymon has over four decades of experience in the construction of complex treatment plant projects, including expansions, upgrades and new facilities. He is experienced in construction and project management, and his thorough understanding of treatment plant functions ensures that all work activities are performed with minimal disruptions to ongoing plant operations.
Said PC President and CEO Jay Fayette: “These promotions will provide the executive leadership structure necessary to successfully grow PC’s business offerings in support of our strategic plan. This leadership structure will also set us up for success as we further develop our regional offices along the East Coast. I couldn’t be more excited about the opportunities our executive team will bring for the future of our employee-owners.”
