Last night, PC Construction was one of 17 construction firms recognized nationally by the Construction Management Association of America with a Project Achievement Award. The award, presented for the One Spruce Peak project in Stowe, Vermont, highlights the “best of the best” projects that serve as examples of excellence and innovation in the construction industry. This is the fourth regional and national award recognition for this project.
The $46.5 million 125,000-square-foot One Spruce Peak boasts a collection of 27 ski-in/ski-out luxury residences, townhomes and penthouses at one of New England’s premier ski resorts. Units feature in-residence elevators, spacious balconies, sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows, and best-in-class materials and finishes. Rounding out the residences is a private pool, below-grade parking, locker rooms and ski storage.
Completed last year, PC’s team, in collaboration with more than 400 trade partner workers, developed an unconventional phased-delivery approach that challenged construction logistics and methods, a true collaborative effort that led to outstanding project success.
