Manchester, NH – PC Construction is nearing completion on its fourth multi-family housing project in the greater Manchester area, marking a significant milestone in the company’s housing construction efforts. Once complete, the firm will have delivered 650 mixed-rate housing units in the region since 2021. The latest project, Residences at Chestnut, developed in partnership with Lincoln Avenue Capital, LLC, adds 142 studio, one- and two-bedroom affordable housing apartments to the local housing stock.
These units are in addition to three other projects completed by PC Construction in the last five years, including the Residences at Edgebrook in 2021, the Residences at Hadley Falls in 2023, and the Residences at Taylor Pointe in 2024.

According to New Hampshire’s Statewide Housing Needs Assessment, over 60,000 units are needed this decade to stabilize the state’s housing supply. In addition to the individuals and families in need of housing, area businesses need a steady and reliable supply of housing in order to attract the workforce they need to sustain and grow their operations.
